You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer in the 470th District Court, Collin County, Texas, at the courthouse of said county in McKinney, Texas, at or before 10:00 oclock a.m. of the Monday next after the expiration of 20 days from the date of service of this citation then and there to answer the petition of Evelyn Benitez, Petitioner, filed in the Court of Collin County, Texas on the 6th day of April, 2018, against Unknown Father, Respondent, and suit being numbered 470-52054-2018 on the docket of said court, and styled In the Interest of Ashleigh Benitez and Sophia Guzman, Children, the nature of which suit is Original Petition in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship.
Said Child(ren) Ashleigh Benitez born December 20, 2010 in Dallas County, TX and Sophia Guzman born May 13, 2013 in Dallas County, TX.
The court has Authority in this suit to enter any judgment or decree in the child/children interest which will be binding upon you, including the termination of the parent-child relationship and the appointment of a conservator with authority to consent to the child/children adoption.

GREETINGS: Whereas, on the 6th day of April, 2018, Evelyn Benitez as petitioner, filed a petition in the 470th District Court, Collin County, Texas, against Unknown Father as respondent, being numbered on the docket of said court in number 470-52054-2018 in which petitioner sues for relief and order restraining respondent from committing certain acts and
WHEREAS, the Honorable Emily Miskel, Judge of said Court, by order made upon said petition, has granted the restraining order as prayed for and has set down for hearing for April 18, 2018 at 1:30 PM, and has directed the Clerk of the Court to issue the necessary writs.
NOW, THEREFORE, you the said Unknown Father are hereby restrained and you will refrain from committing any of the acts set out in the Courts Temporary Restraining Order attached hereto and made a part hereof as set forth herein in full and verbatim.
