CONSTABLE SALE
REAL PROPERTY
(Sale to be held as near to 10:15 AM as possible)
By virtue of an ORDER OF SALE issued by the 380th District Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 20th day of May, 2020, in the case of:
Anna Independent School District vs. Rhonda Teresa Casey
Case: 380-05799-2018, and directed and delivered to me as Constable of Precinct 1, Collin County, Texas, I have levied upon this 26th day of May, 2020, and will, between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, on the first Tuesday of July, 2020, it being the 7th of said month, at the courthouse door of Collin County, Texas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder with cash in hand, unless otherwise exempted, all the right, title and interest which the said Casey, Rhonda Teresa had of, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
TRACT 1: GEO: R302700002001 BEING ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT 20 OF THE RANCHO DEL NORTE ADDITION TO COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DEED OR RECORD IN DOCUMENT NO. 94-0085608 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS.
Said property is levied upon as the property of Casey, Rhonda Teresa and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 25th day of September, 2019, in favor of Anna Independent School District and against the said Casey, Rhonda Teresa for the sum of $5,286.63 principal from the 25th day of September, 2019, court costs of $2,191.00 and further costs of executing this writ.
NOTICE: This property may have other liens, taxes due or encumbrances, which may become the responsibility of the successful bidder.
