NOTICE OF DESIGNATION OF OFFICES AND MEETING PLACES OUTSIDE THE DISTRICT TO THE RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS OF COLLIN COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 10 AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS: TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with VTCA, Water Code, Chapter 49.062, the Board of Directors of Collin County Municipal Utility District No. 10 (the "District") has, on April 4, 2024, established offices and the following meeting places outside the boundaries of the District: (i) the offices of Winstead PC, 2728 N. Harwood Street, Suite 500, Dallas, Texas 75201; 300 Throckmorton Street, Suite 1700, Fort Worth, Texas 76102; and 401 Congress Avenue, Suite 2100, Austin, Texas 78701, were designated as offices and meeting places outside the boundaries of the District and may be used for the storage of District records, for the mailing address of the District, and for the transaction of such business as is not required to be done within the District; (ii) the offices of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., 6160 Warren Parkway, Suite 210, Frisco, Texas 75034; and 400 N. Oklahoma Drive, Suite 105, Celina, Texas 75009, were designated as offices and meeting places outside the boundaries of the District and may be used for the storage of District records and the receipt and opening of public bids; (iii) Dye & Tovery, LLC, 2321 Coit Road, Suite B, Plano, Texas 75075, was designated as an office and meeting place outside the boundaries of the District and for the purposes of storage of bookkeeping records; and (iv) 10003 Technology Boulevard West, Dallas, Texas 75220, was designated as an office and meeting place outside the boundaries of the District and may be used for the storage of District records and the receipt and opening of public bids, for the mailing address of the District, and for the transaction of such business as is not required to be done within the District. Said offices and each of the above listed meeting places are declared to be public places and the public is hereby invited to attend all meetings of the District, including those at any of the above designated locations.
