Prosper ISD (the “ISD”) owns approximately 96.00 acres of land, out of an approximately 112.90 tract of land, identified by Collin CAD ID Nos. 702117, 702118, and 702119, the north and east point of which is located on the corner of Teel Parkway and Parvin Road (such approximate 96.00 acres being called the “ISD Property”). Pursuant to Section 272.001 of the Texas Local Government Code, the ISD wishes to offer the ISD Property for sale or as an exchange for other land. Parties wishing to make sealed offers to the ISD for purchase of the ISD Property or to exchange land for the ISD Property must deliver written offers to the attention of Johnny Warren at the ISD’s administrative offices located at 605 E. 7th St., Prosper, Texas 75078. Such written offers must be received by the ISD at the foregoing address on or before April 17, 2026. All offers must include, at minimum, all of the principal proposed deal terms, preferably in the form of a proposed agreement to be signed by the offeror and the ISD. For purchase offers, the written offer must also include the full name of the proposed purchaser and the purchase price. For land exchange offers, the written offer must also include the following information about the land proposed to be exchanged for the ISD Property: owner, legal description, acreage, and any existing improvements.
