RETURN TO NOTICES
McCownGordon Construction, Construction Manager at Risk, will accept trade vendor bids for Plano ISD Murphy Middle School – Kitchen Addition & Renovation until April 29, 2026, 2:00PM. Bids received after this time may not be accepted or considered. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis and include the appropriate bid form, bid package and detailed proposal. Bid Forms and Bid Packages will be posted on/before 04.22.26.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Friday, 04.17.26, 4:00 pm, Plano ISD Murphy Middle School, 620 N. Murphy, Plano, TX 75094 (Meet at main office).
Bids will be received electronically through Building Connected, by email at texasbids@mccowngordon.com, or by mail or hand delivery at McCownGordon Construction, 5700 Granite Parkway, Suite 800, Plano, TX 75024 until the date and time shown above. A completed Bid Form, Bid Package, and detailed bid proposal is requested with each bid.
Bid Documents are available via Building Connected and through local trade organizations. McCownGordon Construction reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities, advertise for new proposals, or proceed by other alternative means when in the best interests of Plano ISD and/or McCownGordon Construction. Bids will be opened privately. No bidder may withdraw its Proposal within ninety (90) calendar days after the bid date. All bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-proposal meeting and submit a bid.
