Said Plaintiff's Petition was filed on the 1st day of June, 2020 in this case, numbered 199-02699-2020 on the docket of said court, and styled: Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC v. Sandra Baires-Fernandez.
The names of the parties to the cause are as follows: Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC are Plaintiffs and Sandra Baires-Fernandez are Defendants.
A brief statement of the nature of the suit is as follows, to-wit; Lawsuit filed on June 1, 2020 for damages totaling $5,264.06. Said damage was caused by the Defendant on or about May 13, 2018 who, while operating a motor vehicle at or in the vicinity of the intersection of 4753 Old Bent Tree Rd. and Pear Ridge in Dallas, Collin County, Texas, lost control of said vehicle and struck a utility pole owned by Plaintiff Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC as is more fully shown by Plaintiff's Petition on file in this suit.
