A brief statement of the nature of the suit is as follows, to-wit; Plaintiff asserts Defendant David Duane Duvall defaulted on a Texas Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Contract (Commercial) dated May 21, 2021, for the purchase of a motor vehicle. The vehicle has been recovered and sold and Plaintiff asserts a deficiency balance remains due and owing, as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Petition on file in this suit.
