You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer in the 470th District Court, Collin County, Texas, at the courthouse of said county in McKinney, Texas, at or before 10:00 o’clock a.m. of the Monday next after the expiration of 20 days from the date of service of this citation then and there to answer the petition of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Petitioner, filed in the Court of Collin County, Texas on the 7th day of January, 2025, against Unknown Father, Respondent, and suit being numbered 470-30032-2025 on the docket of said court, and styled “In the Interest of J.J.S., Minor Child”, the nature of which suit is Petition in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship - Termination and Temporary Managing Conservatorship.
Said Child(ren) Josiah Jhonni Stephens born November 04, 2024 in Dallas County, Texas.
The court has Authority in this suit to enter any judgment or decree in the child/children interest which will be binding upon you, including the termination of the parent-child relationship and the appointment of a conservator with authority to consent to the child/children adoption.

Vacek of Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC, 5601 Executive Dr., Suite 400, Irving, Texas 75038, brought suit against The Unknown Heirs of Belinda Faura, deceased and any other person claiming any subordinate right, title and/or interest in 18040 Midway Road, Dallas, Texas 75287 (“Property”), and legally described as:
UNIT 127 IN BUILDING Z OF LIFESCAPE VILLAS ON MIDWAY, A CONDOMINIUM REGIME IN THE CITY OF DALLAS, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION FILED FOR RECORD ON AUGUST 2, 1983, AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 4, PAGE 153, CONDOMINIUM RECORDS, COLIN COUNTY, TEXAS TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1.7209% INTEREST IN THE GENERAL COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION, AND TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT AND BUILDING, ALL AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Petition on file in this suit.
