A brief statement of the nature of the suit is as follows, to wit: Plaintiff Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC filed a lawsuit against Defendant Martino Iverson Young Jr. on May 8, 2026, for totaling damages of $5,575.18. Said damages occurred on May 14, 2024, at or in the vicinity of Lake Whitney Lane and Lake Tawakoni Drive, Allen, Texas. Specifically, Defendant Martino Iverson Young Jr. operated a 2012 Audi Q5 bearing license plate no. 5410W56 and vehicle identification number (“VIN’) WA1LFAFP0CA043400, lost control and collided with Oncor’s Property, causing extensive damage. As is more fully shown by ORIGINAL PETITION on file in this suit. If this citation is not served within ninety days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unexecuted.
