(Sale to be held as near to 10:15 AM as possible)

By virtue of an ORDER OF SALE issued by the 366TH District Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 24TH day of June, 2022, in the case of:
Frisco Independent School District, City of McKinney, Collin County, Collin County CCD vs. Charles A. Story
Case: 366-06770-2021, and directed and delivered to me as Constable of Precinct 4, Collin County, Texas, I have levied upon this 11th day of July, 2022, and will, between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, on the first Tuesday of September, 2021, it being the 6th of said month, at the courthouse door of Collin County, Texas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder with cash in hand, unless otherwise exempted, all the right, title and interest which the said Charles Story had of, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
TRACK I: GEO: R870900A03801, 9420 CALIENTE DR, BEING LOT 38, BLOCK A, OF FAIRWAYS NORTH AT WESTRIDGE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MCKINNEY, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 20150505000520520 OF THE COLLIN COUNTY DEED RECORDS.
TRACK II: GEO: R935501111061, 3075 WILLOW GOVE BLVD, BEING UNIT 1106, BUILDING 11, OF VILLAS AT WILLOW GATE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MCKINNEY, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 20130904001247060 OF THE COLLIN COUNTY DEED RECORDS.
Said property is levied upon as the property of Charles Stoey and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 29th day of March, 2022, in favor of Frisco Independent School District, City of McKinney, Collin County, Collin County CCD and against the said Charles Story for the sum of $28,454.31 principal with court costs of $1,464.00 and further costs of executing this writ.
NOTICE: This property may have other liens, taxes due or encumbrances, which may become the responsibility of the successful bidder.
