NOTICE OF CONSTABLE SALE
PERSONAL PROPERTY
(Sale to be held as near to 10:00 am as possible)
By virtue of an ORDER OF SALE issued by the 471st Judicial District Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 14th day of December, 2021, in the case of:
KBSIIILegacy Town Center, LLC VS. Warparty Minerals, INC.
Case: 471-05272-2021, and directed and delivered to me as Constable of Precinct 4, Collin County, Texas, I have levied upon this 3rd day of January, 2022, and will, between the hours prescribed by law, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder with cash in hand, on the 18th day of January, 2022, at: 6900 North Dallas Parkway, Suite 600, Plano, Texas 75024, Collin County, Texas the following described personal property to wit:
All of Defendant WarParty Mineral's goods, wares, equipment, fixtures, furnishings, inventory, and other personal property of Defendant situated on the Premises located at 6900 North Dallas Parkway, Suite 600, Plano, Texas 75024.
Said property is levied upon as the property of Warparty Minerals, Inc. and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas on the 2nd day of November, 2021, in favor of KBSIII LEGACY TOWN CENTER, LLC and against the said Warparty Minerals, Inc., for the sum of $103,230.99 principal with interest at 5% per annum from the 2nd day of November, 2021, and the further sum of $158.10 and further costs of executing this writ.
