NOTICE OF EXCLUSION HEARING TO THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY WITHIN MESQUOAKEE RANCH MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT OF COLLIN COUNTY AND ALL OTHER PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE EXCLUSION OF LANDS AND OTHER PROPERTY FROM THE DISTRICT: TAKE NOTICE that a hearing will be held by the Board of Directors of Mesquoakee Ranch Municipal Utility District of Collin County at 12:00 p.m. on May 22, 2024 at 312 W. Main St., Celina, Texas 75009, at which time the Board of Directors of said District will announce their own conclusions as to the exclusions of land or other property from the District and will consider petitions for the exclusion of lands and other property from the District. All interested property owners are advised that they have the right to present petitions for exclusion of lands or other property and to offer evidence in support thereof, or to contest any proposed exclusion and to offer evidence in support thereof. Any petitions for exclusion shall be filed with the district at least seven (7) days before the hearing and must clearly state the particular grounds on which the exclusion is sought as provided by Section 49.305(b), Texas Water Code, as amended. /s/ Steven Horn President, Board of Directors 5/2, 5/9 Tillman Infrastructure, LLC is proposing to construct a 110-foot overall height monopole telecommunications support structure at 5944 Franklin Branch Road, McKinney, Collin County, Texas (N33¡ 15' 32.2"; W96¡ 40' 55.2"). Tillman Infrastructure, LLC invites comments from any interested party on the impact the proposed undertaking may have on any districts, sites, buildings, structures, or objects significant in American history, archaeology, engineering, or culture that are listed or determined eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
