NOTICE OF DESIGNATION OF REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING DATE
TO THE RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS OF MAGNOLIA POINTE MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Magnolia Pointe Municipal Utility District No. 1 (the “District”), at a meeting of said Board held on July 6, 2026, designated as the District’s regular bi-monthly meeting date the first Tuesday of every odd-numbered month at 12:00 p.m., upon which the Board will regularly meet and hold the District’s meetings at the offices of Coats Rose, P.C., 16000 North Dallas Parkway, Suite 350, Dallas, Texas 75248. The meeting location is hereby declared to be a public place, and the public is invited to attend any meeting of the Board. All residents and taxpayers of the District and all other interested persons are hereby invited to attend any meeting of the Board.
